What is the processing time?

Our maximum shipping time is 3 weeks but many orders often ship within days! It is all dependent on the stock at the time.

Is international shipping available?

We do ship internationally but keep in mind we are not responsible for extended delivery times and/or additional charges. Unfortunately, international shipping costs are more expensive and can vary from product to product. If there are any problems with your order, please contact your mail carrier and if there are still questions/problems feel free to contact us and we can see if we can help!

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns because all of our items are handmade.
